Wexford Pride Community Day of Festivity!

Wexford Pride is excited to celebrate the beginning’s of the festive season by hosting our very special Community Day of Festivity! Join us in St Josephs Community Centre, Wexford (Y35 A66C) from 12PM to 6PM on Sunday 15th December.

What To Expect:

The festive season can be a time of joy and connection, but we know it can also feel particularly challenging for many of us within the LGBTQIA+ community. That’s why Wexford Pride invites you to a warm and welcoming Day of Festivity, taking place from 12PM - 6PM in St Josephs Community Centre, Wexford (Y35 A66C), for a chance to celebrate, create, and connect with community members and allies in a safe and joyful space.

What To Expect?

🍰 Festive Treats - Grab some homemade winter warmers including festive baked goods and sweet treats made with love.

🎁LGBTQIA+ Creators Market - Discover unique handmade gifts and stocking fillers from talented LGBTQIA+ creators. The perfect way to support your community while checking off your shopping list!

🎨Art & Crafts Supply Swap - Bring your leftover craft supplies—yarn, paints, or beads— to swap, share and spark someone else’s creativity!

🎄Festive Craft Space - We will have a dedicated craft corner on the day to test out your craft swap finds or create your own festive decor to take the magic home!

🎲Board Game Exchange & Gaymer Space - Rehome your pre-loved board and card games and connect with fellow “gaymers” at our games table.

We have zero tolerance for racism and bigotry and openly welcome BIPOC, Traveller & Roma, and immigrant groups.

All corners of the LGBTQIA+ community and it’s allies are welcome to attend. We openly welcome BIPOC, Traveller & Roma and immigrant groups. We are committed to foster safer, inclusive and accountable spaces, we have a zero tolerance for racism and bigotry.

The hall in St Josephs is wheelchair accessible, this includes a ramp.

This is also a neuro-affirming space. We encourage attendees to take movement breaks, stim, and bring stimming aids as needed. The hall will have festive music playing throughout the day, this will be kept at a consistent level, there will be areas of the hall where music will not be played.
