Pride in The Park is a free, family-friendly neuroinclusive event. This vibrant annual celebration brings together the LGBTQIA+ community and our allies in a celebration of queer joy, solidarity and inclusion. The event will feature a diverse lineup of LGBTQIA+ musicians and acts with performances from both emerging and established local talent. In addition to music, attendees can explore an array of community vendors, food trucks, and community organisations fighting to create the world a more equal place for all! Follow the day’s events, celebrations will continue in Wexford Arts Centre for this year’s Pride in The Park After Party brought to you by Disgraceful Cabaret! No prior sign-up is required, but if you need additional support or are nervous about attending, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Time
The event will kick off at 12PM with performances across the afternoon until 6PM.
Performances
We’re proud to showcase a diverse lineup of LGBTQIA+ across the day with two stages presenting emerging and established local talent! Attendees can expect an exciting line-up including12 Gauge Outrage, Bloco Garman, Ovalords, Mz Red Dear, Andrei Boyd, Lilli Dobbs, Johnny O’Brien and the Wexford Pride Queer Chorus with further acts to be announced! If you are musician or performer interested in featuring on the Pride in The Park stage, get in touch!
Inclusivity
Pride in the Park is a safe, non-judgmental space for all LGBTQIA+ people. We have zero tolerance for racism and bigotry and openly welcome BIPOC, Traveller & Roma, and immigrant groups. Committee members and volunteers will be present throughout the day if you require assistance or support. Food
Attendees are encouraged to bring along snacks and picnics! As this is a family-friendly event in a public space alcohol is strictly prohibited. We are delighted to welcome a selection of local food vendors fueling celebrations with a selection of hot food and baked goods. Interested in being a food vendor? Quiet Zone
Wexford Pride is a neuroinclusive community. This year’s quiet space will situated away from the main stage and vendor area. The quiet zone will have access to sensory aids and noise-cancelling headphones for anyone who would like to use them.
Public Transport
The WX2 shuttlebus service at Clonard Village (15 min walk). You can find more details via the Wexford Bus website - https://bookings.wexfordbus.com/Timetable/
Parking
There will be parking available at the front of Min Ryan Park. Additional parking can be located in Wexford Retail Park. We kindly request that exits/entrances remain clear in the interest of everyone’s' safety.
First Aid
The Order of Malta will be present to support anyone who requires medical assistance, they will be relocated next to the Wexford Pride Info Booth.
Bathroom Facilities
Public bathrooms will be open at the entrance to the park, this includes changing facilities and an accessible bathroom. We will also have access to additional portaloos.
Weather
Keeping in mind this is an outdoor event, please prepare for the weather! Bring your SPF, a jacket or an umbrella for shade and drink plenty of water!
Smoke & Vape Free Zone
This event supports the ‘Not Around Us’ initiative to provide a smoke and vape free space for the children and young people attending.
